Tehnille Gard of the SAIT Trojans is ACAC Hockey Online's Player of the Week. The Yellowknife, Northwest Territories native posted a shutout in the season opener as the SAIT Trojans split a weekend set with the Mount Royal Cougars.

On Friday, October 14th at Flames Community Arenas, the veteran netminder blocked 40 shots as the Trojans won 1-0.
On Saturday, October 15th at the SAIT Campus Centre, Gard stopped 12 shots in the third period in a 5-3 loss to the Cougars. |
