Dan Peacocke will take the reins as head coach of the Concordia Thunder for the 2008-09 campaign. Peacocke first became involved with the Thunder program in 2006 as an assistant coach under former bench boss Jim MacLean. |

The former University of Alberta Golden Bear becomes the first hockey coach to take the helm at three different ACAC colleges. Previously, Peacocke coached the Red Deer College Kings in the 1985-86 season and the Augustana Vikings in the 2005-06 campaign.

In addition to his ACAC experience, Peacocke also sereved as an assistant coach at his alma mater between 1987 and 1994. |
