Joel Danyluk Named Playoff MVP

Rookie netminder Joel Danyluk backstopped the Augustana Vikings to their first ACAC title in 37 years.

During the post season, the former Estevan Bruin (SJHL) posted a record of six wins and two losses, a goals against average of 2.20 and a save percentage of .930.

 

 

 

During the regular season,  the Bachelor of Science student tied an ACAC record for most shutouts with four while recording a 1.77 goals against average and a .936 saves percentage.

 

At the post secondary institute's annual award banquet this spring , Danyluk was named Vikings Athletics Male Rookie of the Year.
