Marco Guercio of the SAIT Polytechnic Trojans is ACAC Hockey Online's Player of the Week. The Kelowna, BC native scored three shorthanded goals and tied a league record as the Trojans swept a pair of games against the visiting Briercrest Clippers.

On Friday, January 22nd, the veteran forward scored a pair of shorthanded goals in the second period to tie the record for most shorthanded goals in a game as the Trojans won 12-0. On Saturday, January 23rd, he added another shorthanded marker in the first minute of play as SAIT triumphed 7-3.
