ACAC's Presence at Winter Olympics Spans Four Decades

Since 1980, a number of hockey players and coaches with ACAC ties have participated in the Winter Olympic Games.  This time around, Ken Babcock, a former head coach of the Red Deer College Kings, will be head coach of Team Canada.

Former ACAC coaches who have also been a part of Olympic coaching staffs include John Utendale, Dale Henwood, Mike Johnston, and Ray Bennett.

Former ACAC players who have participated in the Olympics include Chad Biafore, Mike Heidt, Matt Kabayama, and Ken Lovsin.
